OBZOR was established in Zlin in 1965 and employs at present its facilities 300 employees. The production is mostly focused on the manufacture of minor electrotechnical products, metal components, parts for automotive industry, gasket segments and plastics injection mouldings.

We manufacture and sell the following electrical equipment:
- VS cam switches within the range 10A 150A
- MKO microswitches 10A and 16A
- house switches and sockets ELEGANT, VARIANT and DECENTE
- wireless control system RF HOME
- thermostats and infrared sensors
- sweeping contact brushes for electromagnetic clutches (with bronze and coppergraphitic sensor)
- electrical accesorries
- LED lighting (LED spotlights, bulbs, tubes, street and tunnel lamps)
We manufacture and offer following healthcare products :
- pill organizers (a cassette for pills for whole week, or for one day)
- denture holder for storing of dentures and children´s braces
We offer the following range of sealing and gaskets:
- blanking and cutting-out of round and shaped sealing (custom designed) from variety of materials: rubber, jerite,
ebonite, paper, cardboard, polyethylene, plastics, etc.
We further offers:
- manufacture of plastic parts up to cca 300 g of moulding. The injection moulding shop is equipped with machines
ENGEL a DEMAG up to the clamping force 200 t. We process these materials: PE, PP, PA, PC, PPF, ABS, etc.
(except for PVC)
- manufacture of metal components on the LEN-type metal presses of up to the stamping force 63 tons
(LEN 10C, 25C, 63C), on the turning machine up to diameter 40 mm and CNCturning up to diameter 40 mm
- pre-production operation (e.g. drilling, threading, riveting, Ag weld depositing, inserting of bolts and nuts on the
HAAGER machine, etc.)
- manufacture of tools (injection moulding, stamping, cutting, punching, bending), various jigs, measuring instruments,
etc. (max plate dimensions 400 x 500, max. weight approx. 300 kg), including preparing of technical documentation.
We also offer cooperation for EDM die-singing on the machine FORM2-LC (300 x 200 x 200),
AGIETRON (350 x 250 x 350) and EDM wire cutting machine FANUC1ic and HITACHI R355 (350 x 500 x 300)
- metal, plastic and electrical assembly work (including manufacture of simple cabling, etc.)
- commercial registry where we will take a professional care of your documents on the area of 100 m2 with the
archive capacity of 6050cm (common meter)
- road transport (Citroen Berlingo, Citroen Jumpy, Citroen Jumper)
